A support organization for young adults in Glasgow is looking for dedicated staff to provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities. Candidates should be communicative, flexible, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with training provided. These posts are considered to be Regulated Work with Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update if already a Scheme member prior to any formal offer of employment being made.

Experience not necessary as will be given training in house and shadow into the job role, after completion of the company induction and learning the policies and procedures.
