Pay: £13.00 per hour (Day Shifts) | £13.60 per hour (Night Shifts)
Hours: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for committed and resilient Project Workers to join our team in Bristol, supporting adults from forensic backgrounds - individuals who may have a history of offending and are now transitioning back into the community.
You'll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, build independence, and make positive changes. This is a rewarding role ideal for someone who is confident, compassionate, and able to maintain professional boundaries.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct support to adults with a criminal background
Promote independence and rehabilitation in a safe, supportive environment
Support with day-to-day tasks such as budgeting, appointments, and housing needs
Manage risk and ensure a structured, consistent approach to support
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar role or working with vulnerable adults is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
A clear understanding of professional boundaries and safeguarding
Flexibility to work a rota including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
