Overview

Role Details
  • Location: Watford (3 days per week in office)
  • Package: £85,000 - £90,000 + benefits
  • Industry: Retail / Gaming
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading test activities across projects covering Digital, Retail, Data and Balancing.
  • Designing and implementing robust test strategies that support early, efficient testing in the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinating testing across multiple projects and complex integrations with various vendors.
  • Delivering clear and accurate project test reporting, including Quality KPIs.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in testing practices (including exploring AI solutions).
  • Managing and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust and high performance.
  • Building strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
