Job summary

Acorn Group in Liverpool City Centre is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support project managers with administrative tasks, scheduling and coordination of project activities. You will drop into established scopes, goals, costs and timelines, and report progress through the life-cycle.

You will attend daily stand-ups, coordinate events with stakeholders, and prepare status reports and minutes. Hybrid working, 37.5 hours, £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to support project teams with planning and admin tasks.
• Experience with Prince2 and Agile is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com.

If you are looking for a new challenge The Acorn Group have an exciting opportunity where we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to help support the Project Managers in administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of project activities.

This is an exciting role where you will be able to coordinate events and work with stakeholders throughout projects. The Junior Project Manager must be able to drop into a project where scope, goals, costs and timelines have been established and support the achievement of said goals within the expected timeline, while effectively reporting on progress throughout the project life-cycle.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What you will be doing
