A leading organisation in the housing sector is seeking an Interim Project Accountant to support a period of transformation within its finance function. This role will suit a qualified or QBE accountant with recent project management experience and a strong background in driving financial process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reviews of financial systems, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Scope requirements for a new finance system
• Support automation and improvement of statutory and management accounts workflows
• Deliver training and documentation for updated processes
• Enhance BI reporting and budget monitoring

Candidate Profile:

• Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in finance transformation or systems implementation
• Strong Excel and automation skills (e.g. Power Automate, VBA)
• Confident working with stakeholders across functions
