Velocity Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading main contractor in Hertfordshire to recruit a Project Surveyor for London projects. The role supports the commercial team on social housing planned refurbishment programmes, including SHDF decarbonisation and occupied works, with a focus on ensuring value and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will work within a hybrid model, reporting to a Commercial Manager and contributing to multi-site schemes across occupied social housing environments

Qualificações

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
• Experience delivering social housing planned refurbishment projects.
• Exposure to occupied refurbishment programmes would be highly advantageous.
• Experience on external refurbishment and/or SHDF projects would be beneficial.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial delivery of SHDF works and planned external refurbishment projects.
• Support a Commercial Manager on a £15m p/a L&Q framework.
• Manage procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts for schemes.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships during live resident works.
