We're Hiring: Project Surveyor - Cost Management | Birmingham

Are you a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and growing consultancy environment?

We're working with a leading, employee-owned cost consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering excellence across the built environment. With offices in London and Birmingham, they are expanding their Birmingham team and are seeking a Project Surveyor to join their collaborative and forward-thinking group.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing multiple projects across commercial, residential, office refurbishments, and mixed-use developments.
• Leading cost planning, procurement strategy, tendering, and post-contract services.
• Engaging directly with clients, design teams, and contractors to build strong relationships and deliver value.
• Working across all project stages, particularly pre-construction, with a focus on strategic cost management.
• Contributing to a growing team with ambitions to scale from 15 to 25 professionals in Birmingham.

What We're Looking For:

• Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards APC (essential).
• Strong experience in the built environment - consultancy or main contractor backgrounds welcome.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sectors and project stages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• UK or international experience considered - sponsorship available for the right candidate.
