A leading not-for-profit organization is seeking a Project Surveyor to oversee the delivery of construction projects in the Southern region, focusing on homeownership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive working environment.
Project Surveyor - Southern region
Agile working with travel with the operational area to be agreed – In general this will cover London and the South-East.
Salary: £49,738 inclusive of a Car Allowance of £5,800
Reporting to the Senior Projects Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering construction projects and management of supply chain relationships. You’ll also be responsible for specifications, tendering and project delivery works through supplier relationships in the operational areas as above.
