Job description

Are you an ambitious Project Surveyor with experience within the blinds / curtains industry? Are you looking for career growth? Our client, a family run blinds company is looking for a Project Surveyor to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

As the Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality bespoke shading solutions. Based in Solihull, you'll manage projects from survey to installation, ensuring precision and customer satisfaction. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

  • Salary - Up to 35,000 per annum DOE
  • Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 17:00 / Friday 08:00 to 14:00

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys on the client's premises to ensure accurate dimensions are provided to the manufacturing team.
  • Prepare reports with all measurements based on site conditions.
  • Work alongside the on-site construction team and the internal project management team.
  • Complete site inspections to verify survey accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept on the field-based systems of all completed surveys.
  • Provide technical support & advice to clients on survey related matters.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within surveying, with ideally an understanding of window, blind, and curtain products being advantageous.
  • Experience with reading construction floor plan details.
  • Experience installing window, blind, and curtain products would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid UK Driving licence is required for insurance purposes and to complete site visits.
