Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a proactive Project Surveyor in Coventry to lead commercial management for key construction schemes. You will oversee subcontract procurement, client valuations, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and be working toward or possess MRICS or MCIOB professional status.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in main contractor commercial management, including valuations, variations, and CVRs.
  • Show strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, BIM tools, and computer-aided measurement software.
  • Possess expert negotiation skills and a working knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.

About this Role

This Project Surveyor position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a major Tier 1 main contractor delivering key construction schemes in the Coventry area. Working as a key commercial lead, you will manage subcontract procurement, client valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure optimal project profitability.
