Job summary
An exciting and new opportunity has arisen in the Outpatient CSU, to join our team based at St James Hospital as a Project Support Officer.
The successful candidate will provide support implementing and maintaining new digital systems that are being developed and integrated within the service. These transformational systems are patient focused to enhance their experience, so there will be a requirement to highlight any aspects of service improvement and risk where this may apply. The post holder must have the ability to organise and support the team to achieve our Key Performance Indicators.
The Outpatient Clinical Service Unit are a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff providing a service for Leeds General Infirmary, Chapel Allerton Hospital, Seacroft Hospital, Wharfedale Hospital, St James University Hospital and at Community Diagnostic Centres in Beeston and Armley.
The main attributes we are looking for include being flexible, diligent, reliable, proactive, professional with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexible working including some working from home can be supported in this role, but regular on site working and travel between sites, is required to ensure adequate support for the clinical and clerical teams.
