A local council in Stafford is looking for a Project Support Officer to assist in implementing a new case management system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across various stakeholders. This role involves supporting system delivery, documentation, and providing user support. Flexible working is available, and the position is for 18 months.

We're about to embark on replacing our social care case management system affecting almost 3,000 employees. It is a substantial project and will require significant engagement from services across the county. We're looking for Support Officers to join our motivated, forward-thinking project team.
These are 18 month fixed term posts.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our implementation partner and workstream leads to support the delivery of our new system (Liquidlogic), working in areas such as System Design and Configuration, Finance, Testing and User Support.
