Job description

We are about to replace our social care case management system, affecting almost 3,000 employees. This substantial project requires significant engagement from services across the county. We are seeking Support Officers to join our motivated, forward-thinking project team. These are 18-month fixed-term posts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our implementation partner and workstream leads to support the delivery of our new system (Liquidlogic), covering areas such as System Design and Configuration, Finance, Testing, and User Support.
  • Complete assigned tasks from the project plan accurately and within required timescales.
  • Document and escalate issues encountered promptly.
  • Write test scripts for users to test areas of the new system.
  • Support data cleansing activities, providing reports and data extracts as needed.
  • Provide reliable support to users on-site or via helpdesk, answering routine queries, investigating issues, and signposting to guidance.
