About Us

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity established in March 2017, managing over 5,000 acres of parkland, habitats, and historic sites across eight Royal Parks in London, including Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and others. We also oversee other significant public spaces, attracting 77 million visitors annually.

We are seeking a Project Support Officer for the Security Coordination Project on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

The Project Support Officer will assist the Project Manager with project coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project queries
