  • From maintaining project documentation to coordinating team onboarding/offboarding and managing purchase orders, your support will be critical in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • You'll play a key role in scheduling, meeting prep, mailbox management, and facilitating seamless communication across teams and stakeholders—keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • You'll help track project progress, maintain key trackers (like the PMO Movements Tracker and Desk Booking Tracker), manage inventories, and ensure timely delivery of essential supplies and reports.
  • Be at the heart of governance by managing central registers for risk and change, providing regular updates, and ensuring quality assurance across all project activities.
  • Take ownership of the PMO SharePoint Hub, support continuous improvement efforts, and act as a systems super user—helping the team work smarter every day.
