An opportunity has a risen for a Project Support Officer to provide a 9 month cover within the Medical Education Department at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The role will be 37.5 hours a week and involve coordinating the onboarding of our Resident Drs.

Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and duties include:
Coordinating the delivery of statutory and mandatory training for Medics.
Organise, arrange and facilitate Resident Doctor Induction
Monitor compliance with mandatory training and local induction
Managing administrative tasks
Supporting the delivery of training to meet agreed targets
