Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver specific aspects of a project as delegated, ensuring coordination with workstreams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Use project control methodologies to plan, schedule, and monitor project tasks, providing administrative and technical support to the Project team.
- Capture, analyse, and manage project risks, proposing resolutions to senior staff when necessary.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events, and assist in diary management for team members associated with the portfolio of work.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective systems for recording, updating, and securely storing project information.
- Report and analyse project data using various IT applications to support delivery.
