A fixed term opportunity has arisen for the post of Project Support Officer based at Ninewells Hospital, with regular travel and work at other sites within Tayside.

Minimum requirements for the post are a recognised Foundation level Prince 2 or APM Project Management HND or University Diploma in Engineering or related Built Environment subject with relevant experience.

To provide the Property Department Estates Management Team and Head of Estates with effective operational support across the full range of Estates Management activity including:

  • The establishment, management and ongoing maintenance of a competent and well organised central support office service.
  • Preparing reports for a range of forums on the work of the Estates Division.
  • Developing and implementing a range of communication structures.
  • Undertaking a full range of administrative/Estates support duties as required.
  • Manage and record critical documents to evidence good governance.
  • Assist Senior Estates Manager(s) to control activity through coordination, planning and organisation.
  • To assist in the preparation of tendering and contractual documentation.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
