A regional healthcare provider in Dundee is looking for a Project Support Officer to create an Employability Strategy over a 3–5 year period. The role involves planning, coordination, and collaboration with local partners, culminating in a strategy presentation for NHS Tayside. Role: NHS Tayside’s People and Culture Directorate has an opportunity to recruit a Project Support Officer to take forward a planned programme of work. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of researching and planning an approach, with others, to create an Employability Strategy for the Board over a 3–5year period which will run concurrently with the NHS Scotland Anchor Strategy.
This will articulate the steps that need to be taken by NHS Tayside in relation to creating fair employment opportunities through working collaboratively with local Partners.
The expected outcome at the end of the fixed term/secondment role is that we present the strategy for consideration and adoption by NHS Tayside.
Placement duration: Up to 6 months
