Project Support Officer

Onsite in Gloucestershire Contract Day Rate: £350 - £450 Inside IR35

We are currently seeking an ambitious Project Support Officer to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment, supporting challenging and highly rewarding projects.

This contract role requires you to already hold a valid DV clearance.

This Project Support Officer role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. You'll have the potential to work effectively across a diverse range of projects spanning multiple business units, such as communications, facilities, education, security and technical development.

Experience

1. Proven track record of providing support to projects
2. Experienced in applying appropriate and differing methodologies/techniques to aid projects and maximise delivery
3. Facilitate the creation and update of project plans
4. Identify and track progress against project milestones
5. Facilitation of project workshops
6. Scheduling of project meetings including checkpoint and board meetings
7. Ensuring all documentation and communication is distributed as established in the project plans
8. Implementing project improvements as and when identified
9. Managing and updating of key project reports including:
10. Monthly highlight reports
11. Risk and issues log
12. Finance forecasting spreadsheets
13. Action logs
14. Ensuring all project activity meets with the organisation's compliance standards
15. Producing ad-hoc reports as requested by the project manager
