Job Title: Project Support Officer
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £28,416.27 Per Annum (£31,228.51 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Carlisle and Liverpool

Defect monitoring and customer satisfaction analysis to support continuous improvement of housing development and regeneration projects. Data management. Co-ordination of community consultation events, handovers and end of defects process for housing development projects; to support Project Managers in maximising customer satisfaction. Provide specific housing development related services and support to regional teams, management and project staff.
