Project Support Engineers - CCTV/Access Control/Comms systems/Networks

Location: Heathrow

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months

Contract Type: inside IR35 - Rate Negotiable

Job Description: As a Project Support Engineer, your role will involve assisting with several projects for both internal and external clients throughout Heathrow. You will be required to work on-site at Heathrow full-time, including days and nights. You will work within agreed project processes and standards to support Minor Works Comms systems projects at Heathrow.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Supervise subcontractors ensuring adherence to project processes.
2. Produce regular reports on site progress and maintain documentation for all projects.
3. Ensure smooth and timely project handovers with accurate documentation.
4. Produce Work packs.
5. Provide necessary documentation upon project completion to facilitate ongoing support of the new installation.

Qualifications and experience:

• Substantial skills and experience in CCTV/PA/Access Control/Display Screens, structured cabling, and Networks.
• Broad knowledge of specialised telecoms, CCTV, PA, and Access Control services.
• Airport experience is advantageous; experience in other highly regulated industries like railway is also of interest.
• Experience in wireless technology, LAN, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word is essential.

Training on company and Heathrow-specific applications will be provided.

This role is inside IR35, and only PAYE payment is available.
