Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Project Support Administrator to join Bradford Council's Children and Family Service on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This full-time role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Bradford.

You will provide project support, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and experience in handling project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing project or business support.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project support to the delivery of projects and best value reviews within the Children and Families service.
  • Work closely with Contract and Quality Officers to support the smooth delivery of review activity.
  • Collect, collate and maintain accurate project and service information.
  • Monitor project activity, progress and agreed actions.
  • Support the recording and reporting of the impact and outcomes of best value reviews.
  • Prepare reports, briefings and management information as required.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, action logs and supporting evidence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify gaps, issues or concerns within project information and escalat[e] where appropriate.
  • Support meetings, including preparing information, recording actions and following up outstanding tasks.
