My client is a market leading manufacturer and supplier. They offer a fantastic working environment and excellent benefits for all staff.

They are looking for an experienced Project Support Coordinator who has worked with similar products (fire/windows/doors/health and safety/construction) to help manage projects through the sales process; following the projects through from qualification to order.

Project Support Coordinator – Duties:

  • Following projects through from qualification to order using the phone, email, LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Updating quotation schedules as requested by customers throughout the sales process.
  • Discussing products and answering questions asked over the phone, email or online chat.

Project Support Coordinator – Requirements:

  • Experience of working with similar products (construction/fire/windows/doors/health and safety).
  • Experience of supporting projects/pre-sales, sales or upselling.
  • Experience of utilising a CRM and Excel.
  • An excellent telephone manner and the relevant skills for proactive telephone prospecting, selling, appointment booking and negotiation.
  • Product Sales - Understand how to upsell products on jobs handed over, where there is potential to offer optional extras.
