Project Coordinator

Opportunity to Shadow a Project Director | Major Construction Projects

We’re representing a leading construction main contractor with a strong presence across the UK, known for delivering complex, high-value build projects. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator based in Hull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with site-based experience in construction (e.g. site management, project management, or engineering) who is looking to develop their career by working closely alongside a Project Director on major schemes.

The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Project Director across all phases of project delivery. From attending meetings and managing documentation to supporting progress tracking and site coordination, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of delivering high-value construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Director in day-to-day project delivery
  • Attend site meetings and take detailed notes/actions
  • Help with document control, scheduling, and reporting
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team
  • Gain hands-on exposure to all elements of managing a construction site

About You:

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Degree qualified in construction, engineering or related field (ideal but not essential)
  • Or, site experience in roles such as Assistant Site Manager, Site Engineer, or PM support
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in progressing within the construction industry
