Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting project delivery. This position is ideal for someone with a background in engineering industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures.
  3. Track project deliverables, task completion, and costs against estimates.
  4. Support project controls and reporting with accurate data collection.
  5. Conduct critical path analysis and participate in risk reviews.
  6. Collaborate with production teams to solve problems and negotiate task priorities.
  7. Provide cost-to-completion analysis and maintain consistent project reporting.
  8. Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
  9. Manage small or non-technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to spec.
  10. Coordinate closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams.

Required:

  1. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  2. Experience in project planning, financial tracking, and risk management.
  3. Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
  4. Resilience, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
  6. Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS or equivalents.
  7. Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment.

Preferred:

  1. Project support or PMO experience.
  2. Experience in subcontractor management.
  3. APM Level 5 qualification
