Job description

Job Title: Project Support Coordinator

Location: Bromsgrove

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Salary: £26,000 per annum


We're working with a well-established company looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Support Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing details, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.


What you’ll be doing:

You'll be supporting the project team by helping to coordinate and deliver a range of client projects on time and within budget. From gathering key project information and responding to client requests, to handling surveys, additional works, and sign-offs — your role is all about keeping everything on track. You'll also be liaising with internal teams and external contacts to ensure all aspects of the project meet client expectations.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients with specifications and queries
  2. Coordinating surveys and raising accurate work requests
  3. Handling snagging and extra client requests
  4. Preparing documents for invoicing and project sign-off
  5. Raising and sending RAMS to book in site works
  6. Working closely with internal teams to meet project deadlines
