Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Project Management team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality project support services to both internal stakeholders and external clients. The successful candidate will assist in managing the delivery of work packages and small-scale projects, ensuring they meet agreed time frames, budgets, quality standards, and governance protocols. You will co-ordinate various aspects of project delivery, including planning, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation, in a fast-paced, commercially-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the delivery of assigned projects or work packages, ensuring adherence to internal delivery processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
  2. Support budgeting and cost tracking activities throughout the project life cycle (where applicable).
  3. Plan and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
