Project Support Analyst (12 month FTC)

Cardiff

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

What You’ll Do:

Support a major systems upgrade within the Buying and Merchandising function by providing hands-on assistance throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases. You’ll play a key role in analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that upgraded IT systems meet the needs of the business.

You’ll be involved in writing and executing test plans, escalating issues, and helping to produce user documentation. Your contribution will be essential to delivering a smooth transition to the new system.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in IT systems testing or a background in buying or merchandising
  • A methodical approach and high level of accuracy in your work
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage your own workload and contribute independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across departments and with external providers
