Job description

We are working with a professional, established organisation based in the Cotswolds near Morton-in-Marsh, as they have a requirement for an experienced administrator to provide support to the Commercial & Technical Services Team.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract (possibility of being extended) and will be a key role in the successful delivery of a MOD related project, and vital in ensuring the team operates efficiently.
A valid DBS certificate or the ability to obtain one as part of the recruitment process is essential (any associated cost will be covered by the company).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (phone & email)
  2. Be main point of contact for clients during assigned projects
  3. Manage scheduling software, including reports and effective planning of schedules
  4. Oversee the full process from PO to completion of projects and jobs
  5. Support with supplier forms & creation of quotations documents
  6. Manage collation of information/documentation required in the delivery of projects
  7. Inputting and updating information on secure company systems
  8. Monitoring and reporting client feedback
  9. Providing general administrative support to the team

Key Education and Experience

  1. Essential: Competent computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel)
  2. Previous admin experience & 5 GCSEs at C or above including Maths & English
  3. Desirable: Experience with CRM & workflow management systems
  4. Database & IT skills

Hours: 35 per week: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm (1hr lunch); Pay rate: £13.19ph.
