Project Support Administrator (12 month FTC)

  • Retrieves and collates compliance certification from a number of sources e.g. central files, regional files, contractors etc.
  • Retrieves data on works from various sources as above.
  • Communicates with various individuals within the projects team and contracting organisations to support the above.
  • Identifies and uploads documents, reports and project work evidence.
  • Escalates queries to Commercial, Operations Teams, Procurement & Supply Chain Management for resolution.
  • Extracts reports from project systems and Excel.
  • Prepares and maintains bespoke progress reports using MS Word and Excel for management review.
  • Interacts with regional project teams to retrieve information, obtain progress information etc.
  • Supports BAU queries from all business areas in provision of information.
  • Collates financial data relating to contracting of centrally-managed programmes as and when required.
  • Any other administrative activity as instructed by the line manager relevant to the team work output.
  • Acts as part of a team to deliver activities which support operational objectives.
  • Manages a variety of tasks and is able to plan accordingly within the short-term.
  • Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience.
Key Skills
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team (hybrid role).
  • Good computer literacy, MS Word and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of the systems/database and able to work with the system and extract reports as required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prepare reports for management review.
