Project Specification Manager

Field-based - North East (NE, DH, DL, SR, TS, BD, HG, HU, YO, LS, WF, HD, HX)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Project Specification Manager to drive specification sales in the North East region. This role involves connecting our products—Landscape Products, Natural Stone, and Street Furniture—with landscape architects, local authorities, housebuilders, engineers, and contractors. You will understand project needs, provide expert advice, and develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the landscaping and construction industry.
  2. Promote our product ranges and stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Provide tailored solutions and expert advice to clients.
  4. Manage communication from project conception to completion.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in specification sales and technical knowledge.
  • Understanding of the construction industry and commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and performance-driven.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible with travel; valid UK driving license and residence in the patch required.
