What will you be doing as our new Project Solution Manager?
Being part of the @one Alliance – one of the most successful, award-winning and progressive water sector capital delivery organisations, you will work on a diverse programme of wastewater (sewage) treatment, infrastructure (water and sewage pipelines) and water (treatment and storage) projects.
You will lead the development of project solutions, develop new ways of working that focus on delivering outcomes, rather than outputs, to reduce carbon, protect and increase natural capital, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies.
Key Accountabilities:

Support the Technical Manager in producing initial design risk assessments according to Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations.
People/ Team Development:
Create a positive and fulfilling work environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.
Develop strong working relationships with @one project delivery teams and Anglian Water ADP.
Transformation:
Seek to innovate and continuously improve performance.
Identify ways to reduce carbon and enhance natural capital within solutions.
Support continuous improvement of the solutions process and team.
Integrate innovations and lessons learned to realize efficiencies.
A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours…
To be successful in this position you will hold a degree in an engineering discipline and preferably have experience in water-sector assets and delivering capital projects. Experience in a Design and Build environment is an advantage. You should be able to demonstrate compliance with business ethics, foster collaboration and support the development of skills around you.
You are a natural leader, providing line management for the team, and can confidently manage activities to achieve efficient outputs to ensure quality procedures are followed, mitigating risk where necessary. You’ll enjoy the challenge of contributing to commercial performance and identifying improvements.
