Fittra ltd in London seeks an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects across London. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to Fittra’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and deliveries, reviewing drawings, and maintaining client relations through architects and consultants.

• Proven project or site management experience within UK construction.
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical and practical construction knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements.
