Project Design Engineer Up to 50000 per annum Ilkeston Excellent Benefits Fixed Term Contract
Cherry Professional are currently working with a well established Manufacturing company. As the Project Design Engineer you will support the entire design lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure designs are compliant with industry regulations, technical standards, and client requirements.
    Produce and review design documentation, including reports, specifications, calculations, and equipment schedules
  • Provide technical support during the procurement, installation, and commissioning stages, ensuring that mechanical systems are installed and operate according to the design intent.
  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of a facility construction project
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Creating SOP's and risk assessments
  • Managing full lifecycle of the site refurbishment
  • Manage the lifecycle of key strategic projects
  • Co-ordinate all project aspects from budget, plans, schedules, and processes

Ideal Candidate:
  • Manage the lifecycle of key strategic projects
  • Understanding and knowledge of CDM regualations
