This dynamic and forward-thinking firm is expanding its architectural division and is seeking an experienced professional to contribute to its ambitious growth plans. With a well-established reputation in property consultancy and a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and leisure sectors, this role presents an opportunity to work on a range of challenging and rewarding projects.

As part of a multidisciplinary environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with planners, surveyors, and other property professionals to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with clients' needs and regulatory requirements. The role will involve leading projects from inception to completion, engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. Given the firm’s commitment to sustainability, the architect will play a key role in integrating green and carbon reduction strategies into the design process.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with experience managing projects across various sectors. Strong design skills, technical knowledge, and a thorough understanding of building regulations and planning policy are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial to success in this role. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite will be advantageous.
