Quadram Institute invites applications for a Project Scientist to join the Laboratory of Dr Naiara Beraza within the Food, Microbiome, and Health programme, a collaborative, international project funded by MRC and FAPESP. Based in Norwich Research Park, you will contribute to characterising mouse lines and supervise staff while developing laboratory and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with animal handling and in vivo experiments.
• Holds Home Office Personal License or equivalent.
• Experience preparing manuscripts and supervising students.
• Excellent record keeping and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and characterising mouse lines (e.g., genotyping).
• Training and supervision of staff and students in above work.
