Your Role

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Global Programme Office (GPO). In this key role, you will manage engineering programmes involving software and hardware development, collaborating with Project Managers and technical teams to develop realistic, resource-optimized schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to support bids and delivery.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and enhance profitability through effective planning.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, fostering continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Over 10 years of experience managing complex engineering schedules in Microsoft Project, from requirements to delivery.
  • Strong background in Defence (Air, Land, or Maritime), with leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in project finances, risk management, and critical path analysis, with attention to detail.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance and proficient in project planning, budgeting, and contract management.
