Title: Project Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000/year + Bonus

Job profile
- Communicating the advantages and unique selling points of their products to customers (Commercial Interior Designers, Luxury Hotels, Project Dealers, Architects, Hoteliers, Hotel Operators, and hotel operation teams) mainly in London.
- Increasing brand awareness.
- Strengthening relationships with customers to achieve business development and high profitability.
Main responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with architectural firms and designers in the UK.
- Promoting product demand through competent and friendly customer advice.
- Managing and following up on project progress.
- Conducting business negotiations and client interactions, with approximately 80% of work involving client visits.
- Participating in exhibitions and events to present company products.
- Researching plumbing and electrical regulations per country.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive products.
- Monitoring sales, specifications, turnover, costs, and profits.
- Collaborating closely with operational departments and teams.
- Acquiring new customers and supporting existing ones.
- Updating customer data and preparing weekly KPI reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in selling interior materials to luxury hotels, designers, project dealers, architects, hoteliers, and hotel operation teams.
- Experience in bathroom-related product sales (toilets, faucets, showers, bathtubs).
- Ability to commute to London office 3 days/week.
- Valid UK work visa with more than 2 years remaining.
- Driving license B.
