BAM Nuttall are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Project Safety Administrator that will be based at our Peterhead, Scotland office. We are looking for someone who can strengthen our existing team, while delivering large civil engineering projects across Scotland. The projects are predominantly within the energy infrastructure sector, building new substations and HVDC converter stations to support Scotland's transition to net Zero.
This role will be located at our Peterhead, Scotland office.

Supporting the Health and Safety team, and management, in organising the paperwork/administrative activities in relation to safety inspections, reporting to stakeholders, and providing feedback to employees.
Helping management in the preparation of reports – RAMS, Permit applications, COSHH, etc. Experience in this would be desirable.
Support with organising necessary safety training for the company.
Logging injuries and dangerous occurrences to the Health & Safety team.
Be a great communicator and build relationships with stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills.
At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced similar role.
Strong IT experience preferably with Microsoft office.
Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation.
Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
