Job Title: Project Running Architectural Technologist
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Contract: 6-12 Month Contract (Opportunity for extension or permanent position)
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are currently working with a leading Manchester-based architectural practice who are seeking a Project Running Architectural Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on healthcare schemes.

The role will suit someone with a strong understanding of technical design and construction, capable of taking projects through later RIBA stages and working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards

  • Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical packages

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards

  • Resolve technical issues and contribute to problem-solving on-site and in the office

  • Ensure high standards of documentation and technical output

  • Coordinate with internal design teams to maintain consistency and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

  • Demonstrable experience in project delivery and technical detailing

  • Prior experience in healthcare projects is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
