Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

A Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a leading professional quantity surveying practice in Birmingham. This firm offers a range of work mainly with private sector clients, including leisure, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. Projects include refurbishment programmes and large-scale new build constructions, such as hotels, theatres, and developments for commercial clients.

This is a highly professional construction consultancy with a strong reputation for client service and a proactive approach to training and development. Support will be provided for candidates working towards their APC, and you will have the chance to work on diverse projects. The role is client-facing, requiring strong communication skills, and candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a commercial Cost Consultancy or Quantity Surveying role.
