Aldwych Consulting Ltd in England is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized PM consultancy. You will work on cost management and pre-contract activities across residential, commercial, and heritage sectors, with on-site project management duties.

The role supports APC progression, offers extensive training, and opportunities to lead projects from inception to completion, with mentorship and a commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) level.
APC towards chartership or newly qualified.
Minimum of 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

Pre-contract documents including cost plans and tender documents.
Manage projects on site.
Projects range from £250m to £60m, with exposure from inception to completion.

My client are a well established medium sized Project & Cost Management consultancy operating for over 30 years. They work across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial to name a few. They also have a multitude of interesting, challenging and unusual projects within the entertainment, leisure and heritage sectors.

What you will be doing
