Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cheshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a (company car or car allowance & bonus on top)

The Company: A well-established company is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within their Water projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, likely requiring 3 - 4 days on site.

The Role: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be actively preparing and managing forecasts, budgets, and financial reports across various projects. You will negotiate and manage contracts, oversee procurement processes including subcontractor management, and work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide cost advice, risk assessments, and support.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Previous experience working in the Water sector as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts is essential.
  • Experience managing subcontractors.

The Package: The salary is up to £55,000, complemented by benefits such as a good pension scheme, and a strong commitment to your development and career progression.
