Job summary

A leading main contractor in the South East is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contractual matters. Candidates should have proven experience with contractors and understanding of JCT and NEC contracts. Project Quantity Surveyor

As the Project QS, you will:

• Oversee all commercial and contractual administration matters
• Conduct various monthly reports
• Measure and request payments from clients, paying subcontractors, ensuring contracts are being adhered to and generally monitoring and reporting risk

What are they looking for?

• Proven experience with either a regional / national contractor as the QS
• Commercial, Leisure and or Healthcare project experience (desired)
• Experience in both JCT & NEC forms of contracts
