Overview of role:
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be based in Manchester, with travel to sites nationally and the opportunity for hybrid working. The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead commercial activities and will be pivotal in the success and growth of the business, by supporting pre contractual activities including cost analysis, estimating and negotiation. This will extend to assisting with the bid and tender functions of the business ensuring accuracy of project cost and best value resulting in commercially competitive proposals.
Demonstrating strong knowledge of commercial contracts (including JCT and NEC), the Project Quantity Surveyor will review new contracts and will also be required to produce contracts as the business requires.
