Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work as an essential part of a small commercial team on an upcoming residential project in Fulham.

About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor

Your role as Project Surveyor will be to work on a 68 unit, 6 storey block of flats as a solid no 2 who is looking for the opportunity to lead and become a recognised member of a commercial team. You will work on the project from procurement, managing internal cost reporting and learn how to lead a scheme reporting to both the commercial manager and commercial director. This is a role for someone who is keen and ambitious and looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills
2. Organised with high attention to detail
3. Experience from a main contractor or developer background
4. Competent in managing the downstream process
5. Understanding of the reporting process
6. Strong commercial acumen
7. Highly motivated and ambitious
8. Degree in a construction related subject
9. Experience with another main contractor or RC Frame Developer
