Contract: Freelance Permanent Positions

Project Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

1. Managing cost control and procurement for high-value office fit-out & refurbishment projects
2. Overseeing subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts
3. Handling contract administration and risk management
4. Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success

Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
2. Professional Memberships (Desirable): MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent
3. Experience: Proven track record in office fit-out & refurbishment projects
4. Skills: Strong commercial and contractual awareness (JCT knowledge beneficial)
5. Ability to work independently and drive commercial outcomes
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
