Qualifications

Responsibilities

• S'assurer que tous les coûts sont convenus et restent dans les limites budgétaires.
• Examiner les demandes de sous-traitants et évaluer leur valeur.
• Préparer des évaluations intermédiaires à fournir au client.
• Conclure tous les comptes finaux avec des sous-traitants.

Project Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
Location: Central London
Region: London

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on commercial and residential projects in London. Our client are a main contractor who have recently been winning more work and due to this are looking at expanding their commercial team.

Your duties will include:

• Ensure all costs are agreed and stay within budgeted costs.
• Review sub-contractor applications and assess that the value that has been applied for is correct with work carried out.
• Identify any potential over spend and make sure that it is documented and passed onto the relevant management.
• Prepare interim valuations to be supplied to the client.
• Agree all final accounts with sub-contractors.

Experience and qualifications:

• Educated to degree level either in Quantity Surveying or a construction discipline.
• Experience within the commercial sector for a main contractor.
• To have worked on projects in excess of £5M.
• Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
• Have a proven record on delivering projects within budget.
