Job description

A renowned consultancy are looking for a dynamic Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Leeds team.

The Project Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in managing projects from inception to completion across sectors including commercial, residential and healthcare, collaborating closely with key clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

In this role, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs from feasibility through to final accounts, conducting cost analyses and preparing detailed reports, negotiating contracts and procurement strategies and liaising with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

This role also offers the opportunity to support with business development and team management, with the chance to work towards a Senior level position.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC completion
  • Experience leading projects across a variety of sectors
  • UK experience, within a similar consultancy environment
